Swimming in Paint
For children entering grades 3–4
In Swimming in Paint, we will explore the vibrant underwater world as we come across Model Magic water snails, cardboard great barrier reefs, paper mâché salmon puppets, button fish, shadow puppet octopi, and more. This is a mixed media, play-based art class. We will make a range of projects, focusing on water ecosystems, recycled materials, and of course giant cardboard play-based installations. If your artist loves the underwater world and loves to make art, this camp session is for them! Swim goggles are welcome, should your child wish to wear them during camp.
