STEAM Tank Entrepreneur
For children entering grades 3–5
Inspired by the exciting world of entrepreneurship and the hit TV show Shark Tank, this enrichment program offers an immersive experience where kids become entrepreneurs and launch their own businesses. Throughout the camp, our STEAM Teams will explore key concepts in science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) while learning the ins and outs of running a business. From designing logos and crafting catchy slogans to creating innovative products, campers will develop essential skills for success in the real world. Campers will take on the roles of Pizza-preneurs, Sweet-repreneurs, Pet-repreneurs, Haunt-repreneurs, and Slime-trepreneurs, as they work together to open businesses in various industries. They will dive deep into brainstorming, business planning, and strategy, all while developing their creativity and problem-solving skills. Each team will pitch their business idea to the “Island Sharks”—a panel of instructors and special guests—who will decide which businesses deserve a spot in the new Challenge Island Mall.
