Printmaking For children entering grades 1–2 This is a wonderful camp for your artist who is interested in investigating alternative art-making techniques that can be repeated. In this class, we will explore creating drawings without pencils, blending and using a range of colors, and incorporating a bit of science with the art of printmaking. Your child will use everyday objects like Coca-Cola and tin foil to make etchings, and balloons and paint to create monotypes, a one-of-a-kind work of art! We will discuss how the goal of printmaking is to duplicate many of the same works of art to spread ideas and messages to a larger audience. Session I: June 17–June 28 Early Mornings: 8:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m. Instructor: Easel Art Studio
Participants must be entering grades 1 to 2.
Registration starts on 02/15/2024 and ends on 05/03/2024.
