Discovery Lab

Discovery Lab invites 1st and 2nd graders to dive into the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, art, and math through hands-on projects and problem-solving challenges. Each week, students will explore how things work by coding with Code & Go mice, building structures, experimenting with simple machines, and designing their own creative inventions. The class is designed to spark curiosity, encourage collaboration, and build critical thinking skills while keeping learning fun and interactive. Students will practice early coding concepts, teamwork, and creative design thinking in a supportive environment that celebrates imagination and innovation. By the end of the term, students will showcase their projects in a STEAM Fair-style presentation, sharing what they’ve discovered and created with families and friends.
