Students will explore the fun and creative world of sculpture! This hands-on class is designed for students to experiment with building and shaping using materials like clay, cardboard, paper mache, and recycled objects. Each week, students will learn basic sculpture techniques while creating animals, characters, abstract shapes, and more. Kids will practice rolling, pinching, stacking, and connecting as they discover how to turn everyday materials into 3D works of art. Projects are designed to encourage creativity, confidence, and imaginative problem-solving. Along the way, students will learn about balance, structure, and texture—all while having fun and getting a little messy! Whether they’re making a mini monster or a magical castle, each child will walk away with their own unique sculptures and a sense of pride in what they’ve built.
Participants must currently be in grades 1 to 2.
Registration starts on 08/19/2025 and ends on 08/26/2025.
