Kin Art with Cori invites third graders to celebrate friendship and family through art and storytelling. In this supportive and enriching after-school class, students will discover creative ways to express who they are and how they feel as they encounter new experiences at the Historic Campus. Each week, we will share Slumberkin stories that teach valuable lessons about emotions and self-expression, then bring those lessons to life by crafting our own “kin” creatures and affirmation cards. Family participation is welcomed through special at-home questions and connection activities, making every student’s “kin” circle even bigger. Cori’s passion for art and emotional growth, plus inspiring visits from her own artist children, will guide your child through a journey of creativity, confidence, and community. If your child loves to create, connect, and make new friends, Kin Art is the perfect place to grow this fall!
Participants must currently be in 3 grade.
Registration starts on 08/19/2025 and ends on 08/26/2025.
