Enso Shotokan Karate Grades 1-2 (Tuesday)

Our dojo has been bringing the art of Shotokan Karate to Lab for almost 15 years–instilling discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills in young minds and led by experienced black belt instructors (Sensei Jay, Sensei Alex, and Sensei Vikky). Enso Shotokan Karate offers a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn this traditional martial art's fundamental techniques and principles. Students will develop strength, agility, and coordination through focused training sessions while enhancing their mental focus and self-awareness.
